Question: How can I help you resolve my problems with the product as fast as possible.

Answer: You can avoid additional questions by sending us as much as possible details about your situation. Tell us the size and type of the drive you're scanning, the size and type of the files you're trying to recover, if you've seen any error messages – please provide the full texts or even the screenshots. If it's possible, please provide the screenshots of how are you using our product, step-by-step. If possible, add the detailed configuration saved from dxdiag (Start-Run-Dxdiag-Enter).

Question: How can I make a screenshot?

Answer: Screenshot is a copy of your current desktop with all launched applications and their configurations. It can be made by pressing [Print Screen] button which is near F12 and Scroll Lock. Screenshot will give us more details than you can write in your email message.

  • Press Print Screen button;
  • Open Microsoft Word or Microsoft Paint;
  • Perform Edit-Paste;
  • Save the file;
  • Attach it to the message and send us.
