Question: Tell me more about each wizard mode of your Email Recovery.

Answer: If your hard drive has been crashed, or your partitions are formatted or lost, you should select Recover email after a disk crash. In this mode the product scans the whole drive surface and reconstructs the email base by pieces. When there is no problem with accessing your partition and your files, but your email database is down, you can try Repair email database mode, which will set the product to scan only selected files or folders. With Address book recovery option you can reconstruct your contact list by free Address Book Recovery product.

Question: Let me know about differences of Fast Scan and Full Scan modes of drive scan wizard.

Answer: During Fast Scan the product does not check the drive surface for many file formats to make the messages a highest priority task instead of file attachments. If you're sure that the damage is not massive, or if you don't need the message attachments critically, you can use this mode. In other situations, when you need to recover as much as possible, you should use Full Scan mode. It will perform the deep scan of the drive surface to collect all your email and attachments in the best state.
