When you will complete the scan, you will see your messages listed and arranged by folders. You can open the folders to check the list of messages, preview the attachments and recover the selected data to existing email database or single files to export them later.

Answer: Do not allow any write operation to source drive, as the lost data is stored under the sectors marked free, and any new file may be just written to these sectors destroying your data which is not recovered yet. And you should try not to use the drive at all, as Windows stores its system volume information on each drive as well.
