Question: How can I test photo recovery software before purchase?

Answer: With trial version you can't save the found files, but you can open them without saving. Our internal preview viewer opens the pictures and plays the videos just like your usual application, the only thing you may need to worry about is the codecs for your video files, they should be installed in your system. Make sure the preview is complete and there is no any missing parts, no any noise or garbage. If you've seen the correct preview, we guarantee that the full version will recover exactly what you've seen. If you don't see correct preview, it does not mean that the file is not recoverable. You have a chance for successful recovery, as it's possible that there's something in your file that conflicts with our internal viewer, but will be fine with your picture viewer or video player.

Question: Is it possible to unlock the trial version with license key? I don't want to scan the drive again with the full version.

Answer: Yes, it's possible. Select the files you need to save and click to Recover, and you will be asked for license key. This will also convert your trial version into the full product with no installation of the full version required.

Question: My picture and video files are of rare file format. How can I preview them?

Answer: If your file format is not supported, the product just will not be able to find them, and so there will be no option even to select your files for preview. Use SoftAmbulance Uneraser for such files.

Question: When I try to preview my file, I see your company logo and the message “Preview Error”.

Answer: If the correct preview is not available, there is no guarantee for successful recovery. You still can try to recover your file, but in case of unsuccessful recovery we will not be able to help you, as you're using the most powerful product for pictures and videos already. The only possible situation when we will be able to give you additional solutions is when you're recovering from RAID.
