Return Policy

SoftAmbulance Company stands behind its products, and will honor the following return policy to handle all return and refund requests. A single return policy is used to handle returns of electronically delivered licenses and products accompanied by physical media such as CD or DVD. We do our best to satisfy our customers.

Return Policy at a Glance

Returns are accepted and refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only within 30 days from the date of your purchase. SoftAmbulance will refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling in the case a CD/DVD was delivered) at its sole discretion and in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

We will issue a refund if all of the following terms and conditions are met:

  • The product locks up or locks your PC. A log file is required.
  • You contacted our technical support team and tried following its suggestions to resolve the problem.

If the two conditions have been met, please contact our returns department to request a refund.

Our Commitment

SoftAmbulance Company strives to deliver your product unlock key instantly. However, communication issues such as your email provider holding or blocking messages from our server or domain name may prevent instant delivery. We are not responsible delivery delays or failures occurring for reasons beyond our control. Most orders are fulfilled instantly. From time to time, our credit card processor can hold an order for an additional verification for as long as 10 minutes. We will do our best to deliver your unlock key to you as soon as possible; shall you have a delivery issue, please contact our customer service.

Try Before You Buy

The best way to test our products is trying before you buy. Please feel free to download and install an evaluation version of the recovery tool of your choice. Scan your drives, check the list of recoverable files, and make you see the correct previews of all files you aim to recover. We cannot guarantee the recovery of files that don’t show in the pre-recovery preview. Do not close the product just yet! After previewing the files, order the license, obtain your instant unlock key, and input the key into the registration box to recover your files.

Exclusions

Our software is distributed on a "try before you buy" basis. Certain cases are specifically excluded from our refund policy. We will not generally issue refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Software purchased by accident or in place of another product. We may, at our discretion, offer to exchange or upgrade your license for a different product; charges may apply to cover the price difference.
  • Claims that the product did not meet the requirements or did not recover certain files.
  • The product is no longer needed or wanted.

Please accompany your refund request with detailed information describing your situation. All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Detailed information helps us make a decision faster. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
